Identity

He is Arturo, Tom's partner.
- Tom is filming the camera.
He is Mikhail.
- Widmore may be about to damage his eye.
He is one of the men in the Listening Station.
He may have nothing to do with the Island, and Ben is just lying to make it look like Widmore is in charge of something when he's not.
He is just a not-so-important Other, and will not have any major role in the next seasons (Evidence: Ben talked about him quite unconcerned. H would have cared more if it was someone very 'special', or some sort of Other leader.)
