FA and AA
Thanks for the response :) Any idea when AA is coming back? Also, with regards to FA and AA, have you guys thought about making it Bi-Weekly? Just because 1, it gives more time for AA to be completed, therefore more edits (theoretically!), and 2, with FA top notch articles are starting to become scarce, I myself have found some of the winners abit questionable recently. --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 13:48, 12 October 2007 (PDT)
- Ah no problem, I like it when its quiet :D easier to keep track of vandels/questionable information posters. (Speaking of which, where are the sysops at the moment, ive been on here almost non stop for about 3/5 days and all ive seen is you, Santa and Jabberwock once..)--Lewis-Talk-Contribs 13:56, 12 October 2007 (PDT)
Realtime/Real-time
Hi Ted, is real-time wrong? I only changed that because spell checker says that either real-time or real time is correct, and realtime is not a word. --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 14:24, 12 October 2007 (PDT)
Minkowski
Hey, can you protect Minkowski for a while? (Not like any edits need to be made there..), ive had to revert spoilers twice today. Thanks --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 15:49, 12 October 2007 (PDT)
Re: Template: Image
Hey, yeah I did notice that.. I got confused though, is there a page that labels all the eligable codes to put in that template? The only reason I havn't been doing it fully is due to not really knowing what to put in it. Sorry about that :( --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 12:00, 17 October 2007 (PDT)

WGA
- Those were some great quotes by Gregg Nations you posted in forums! Also, your clarification that "producer" = money people (Disney/ABC) and not "creative producer" is important. Blog away =) -- C¯ _Santa_ ¯T 12:11, 22 October 2007 (PDT)

Watching
Hi there. Can you keep an eye on Browndog922? I've reverted half of his edits over what I think are "against our style", I havnt done the other half because there are so many, and hey lets face it you can do it a lot quicker than me! --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 02:02, 9 November 2007 (PST)
Redirect question
Santa was unsure about this, and thought it could be an issue with redirects not working with anchors. Here's what I wrote:
- "I changed the Comic Con subheading in Comic conventions to Comic-Con, based on how they spell it at comic-con.org. Then I changed the redirect for "Comic Con" to go to "Comic conventions#Comic-Con". But it doesn't to go to that subheading, instead it just goes to the top of the Comic conventions page."
What do you think? -- Graft talk contributions 20:10, 19 November 2007 (PST)
Ah yes, it works now; it was a cache issue. I'm also using Firefox, and when it wasn't working last night, I tried it in Safari and it also didn't work, so I thought it was something with the wiki, and not the browser. But it turns out Safari can't handle the redirect to the subheading anchor. Oh well, I don't use Safari for LP anyway. Maybe Safari 3 will figure that out. Thanks for all your brainstorming and help! -- Graft talk contributions 18:50, 20 November 2007 (PST)
your opinion
I am not sure abput this edit. I think it was better the old way because having two of a very similar image on the same page with one as a link might get confusing. I was wondering what you think. --Connor401 03:52, 30 November 2007 (PST)

new articles
- Do you think we could use an article on E! Online's Kristin? We have articles on some significant talking heads (Ryan Ozawa, Jeff Jensen), but not others (Ask Ausellio, DocArzt). -- C¯ _Santa_ ¯T 01:18, 3 December 2007 (PST)
Transcriptions
Hi, im trying to do podcast transcriptions but the links we have to the podcasts are now dead, and the archive on itunes doesn't go that far back (2005), (Orchestra special and the other 48 days episode commentary). Do you know of any way to get them now? --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 08:45, 5 December 2007 (PST)
- Hey thanks for having a look, the other 48 days article link i fixed earlier, although the orchestra one I cannot find now. As for the transcriptions, they have only been started, not completed, I started them before the summer and over the summer I had no internet connection so they completely went out of my mind, but ive just realised about them and intend to finish them. --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 13:44, 5 December 2007 (PST)

MX07: page title with an ampersand in it
Hey,
I made a new page for MX07 (Arzt & Crafts), but apparently, Wiki doesn't parse the ampersand correctly, so the automatic links redirect to Arzt. I temporarily added a working link to the Missing Pieces page (link), but I guess the page should be renamed to use a correctly encoded &. Could you help me with that? Hi, I wanted to add the categories of images from mobisodes to the Image Template, but then i realized that the new categories are named "Category:Images of mx01" instead of "Category:Images from mx01". Main Page's Spoiler Warning
Hey Mr. Leaf, I hope you had a good Christmas... I did at least :P .... anyway, I noticed on the Main Page that it says "Lostpedia is updated to US aired episodes & mobisodes (as released on Verizon phones) and official releases (shown above)." ...But "Arzt & Crafts" is not the most recent one to be released on Verizon, it's the one that DJVok mentions in the above comment. I was curious if you guys were waiting for mobisodes to be released on ABC.com to change the spoiler warning. Not a big deal, I just thought I would mention it here, since no one is really around on IRC. Congested|talk|contributions 12:01, 27 December 2007 (PST)

I can't get a clear image of Dharma Rep. 1's name. There are several shots of it from a distance in the episode and the extras, but they never amount to more than total blur. DVD Audio Commentary
Hey there, I had talked to you back in Aug about getting back into editing the wiki but some real life stuff came up. I back now and I just had a question about whether or not there would be a desire on the part of Lostpedia community to have transcripts of the episode audio commentaries from the Lost DVD. I would be more than happy to do them if there is. --scocub 19:56, 4 January 2008 (PST)
problem with Talk:The Man Behind the Curtain;
Someone removed the entire contents of Talk:The Man Behind the Curtain without explanation. I tried to undo the edit or revert it but it doesn't work. Can you take a look at it? Thanks. Dharmatel4 09:05, 8 January 2008 (PST)
I was able to archive the first half of the article but i didn't bother with the second half. You may want to rename the archive pages so that "Pre-Broadcast" links to Talk:The Man Behind the Curtain/Pre-Broadcast and that "Archive 1" links to Talk:The Man Behind the Curtain/Archive 1.--Connor401 13:48, 8 January 2008 (PST)

Question
This trivia line was added to Christian Shepherd: Christian is the most prominent flashback character, appearing in total of 4 character's flashbacks.
- Would Ethan tie him? he's in flashbacks for Claire, Juliet, and Nikki/Paulo, plus the Other's flashback in "A Tale of Two Cities" or does that also count as Juliet? --Gluphokquen Gunih ▲ 07:27, 15 January 2008 (PST)
Also I posted this on Talk:Hurley and Frogurt, but I wanted to get your thoughts on it too, especially since you were the sysop in the discussion. Since 2 mobisodes now have had conflicting names in the opening of them and the title on ABC.com, i think the shorter title is a space issue. however, i think we should wait til they release Jin Has A Temper-Tantrum On The Golf Course. if they do it a third time, then in my opinion that's proof it's a space issue. --Gluphokquen Gunih ▲ 14:27, 15 January 2008 (PST)

Policy of Episode Articles
Hi, Can you take a look at my recent edits on The Beginning of the End (see timestamp here for when I made the edits). I really think that a more official policy should be added on what constitutes as Trivia, and what is just theories, or information that is not "trivia". For example, I removed a piece of Trivia that states that "Jeremy Davies is credited as a regular", using that example, i could be saying that "Josh Holloway is credited as a regular", it seems like a useless thing to be adding to that article. Others I deleted included "The car Hurley crashed into may be the Golden Pontiac", thats obviously a theory so that does not need to be there. We need a more official template for all articles, including what should be added under each heading and what should not. --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 07:04, 2 February 2008 (PST)

- Backstage with Driveshaft -> Backstage with Drive Shaft

Survivors Camp and The Others portals - Captured individuals?
Hi Mr. Leaf. I thought I would run an idea by you for the picture formats on the portals of the Survivors Camp and The Others. There are currently four categories: Alive, Missing or Unknown, Defected | Defected to..., and Dead. I was hoping that maybe a fifth category could be added for Captured? It would be formatted like the Defected category, where it would read "Captured | Captured by..." to indicate both that the individual has been captured and the people/group that captured the individual.
This idea came with Ben's capture, but I think it can also apply to Cindy, Emma, and Zack who were forcibly kidnapped by The Others, instead of deciding to defect. The "Defected | Defected to..." tag would still apply to Alex, Karl, and Juliet who willingly decided to side with the Survivors. Anyway, please consider my request and give a response on my talk page, thanks! Jelx 14:11, 6 February 2008 (PST)

Dan, Danny, Daniel
Does it make sense for the disambig page to be called Danny? In the list there are 2 Danny's and 6 Daniel's. As it's the full name shouldn't the disambig be called Daniel? Also if Daniel Faraday becomes a bigger character (which i think and hope he does), should we just have Daniel rederict straight to him with a one line redirect, like Tom? --Gluphokquen Gunih ▲ 21:01, 12 February 2008 (PST)
- (Butting in) Right now Daniel redirects to Danny; it's fine with me if instead Danny redirects to Daniel (disambiguation). Clearly now that there is a character named Daniel, Daniel should direct straight to him. My $0.02. Robert K S 21:16, 12 February 2008 (PST)
Suggestion about the Appearence Chart
Since this thing was your baby, I thought I'd let you know that I suggested a small change to the chart, and your input would be helpful if not necessary in getting the page changed.
Most of my suggestions deal with the nature in which the show has changed since the chart was created and are minor in nature. If you could take a look on the chart's page and let me know what you think, it would be very helpful. Willo 17:17, 20 February 2008 (PST)

Elliott Maslow
Hi, just a question about the Elliott Maslow article and the Manual of Style we have in place. In the Manual, it says that the article should be written in past tense if the character is dead, however, Elliott's story is now complete, so should the article be written in past or present tense? Also if I could have a bit of information expanding on what is written in the MoS that would be great, im a little bit confused about how articles should be written with regards to tense.
