Pictures

  • Hello and welcome to Lostpedia. When you upload a picture to the wiki thats from the show, could you please tag it with {{Tv-screenshot}}? Thanks, Marik7772003 14:27, 24 May 2007 (PDT)
Hi, again as Marik has said, please mark images you upload onto Lostpedia. If its a screencap, use {{Tv-screenshot}}. If its a promotional shot, use {{Promotional}}. Finally, please also removed watermarks, which include copyright logos on the corner of pics from Lost-media. Otherwise, add {{Images To Be Replaced}}. Thanks, --Nickb123 (Talk) 14:49, 24 May 2007 (PDT)
Okay, sorry. I did do that when I uploaded a few pictures last time, it slipped my mind. I'll make sure to do it next time, thanks for the heads up —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jamster (talkcontribs) .
Again, you've upload an array of pictures these last few weeks without removing the watermarks, please trim them in future --Nickb123 (Talk) 09:26, 24 August 2007 (PDT)
Hi when uploading images, please remove watermarks and logos by cropping them. Thanks, --Nickb123 (Talk) 10:08, 9 August 2008 (PDT)

Preview

  • Hi, first off welcome to Lostpedia, secondly could you please use the preview button when editing article to make sure you only have to save the changes once and not numerous times. The preview button is located directly beside the save page button when editing and will allow you to see exactly how the page will look like if saved. I'm asking you to do so because when you make numerous small edits it clogs up the recent changes menu and makes it hard to see all the other edits being made. Thanks, and let me or any of the other sysop know if you have any more questions. -Mr.Leaf 08:29, 22 June 2007 (PDT)

Expose characters

Hi there, I was reading the Exposé (TV series) article and I wondered on which info you based the cast credits. I mean, how do we know which of the actresses played Crystal and which played Autumn? As far as I can see on the S3 DVD, that's not visible on the script page that Hurley reads. --DJVok 10:37, 7 January 2008 (PST)

  • Any thoughts? --DJVok 15:05, 9 January 2008 (PST)

Merge tag

I placed the merge tag on the Best Laid Plans article for a reason. Please do not remove it again without further discussion on the talk page. -- Sam  T  C  11:51, 25 June 2008 (PDT)

Hey, no problem. And the merge tag was added simply because I felt that fan-written episodes don't warrant their own article. I think there should be a page like this, perhaps. And don't forget to sign your posts. -- Sam  T  C  11:56, 25 June 2008 (PDT)

Capitalization on section headings

Hey, Jamster. Please note that section and subsection headings follow the same capitalization rules as article titles, i.e., only the first word and proper nouns should be capitalized (not every word). Robert K S (talk) 10:55, 7 July 2008 (PDT)

RE: Sizeing Promotional Images

225px is smaller than the standard size. Please leave it at 225 px since that is what it normally is. 225px is not too large. Do not change it back, otherwise the images are way to large. I have been going through the pages and making the images smaller. -- CTS  Talk   Contribs 08:54, 12 August 2008 (PDT)

Really? Are you sure? In my browser, 225px is considerably smaller than the standard size. I'll contact a SysOp and see what to do. -- CTS  Talk   Contribs 14:19, 12 August 2008 (PDT)
I'm sorry. My preferences for thumbnail size was set for the wrong px size. -- CTS  Talk   Contribs 14:37, 12 August 2008 (PDT)
I just reverted all my edits back to the standard size. Sorry for the trouble. -- CTS  Talk   Contribs 14:52, 12 August 2008 (PDT)
