Hello, could you not keep changing the Desmond page to fit your own assumptions? The scottish accent part is confirmed by the actor who played the role. Thanks
Response from Cappsy: Then I'm afraid he's awful at accents. I couldn't for a minute guess he was trying to be Scottish. Anyway, I'm sorry, I didn't realise he'd officialy confirmed this.
He wasn't trying to be anything, he spoke in his own accent - he is scottish. --skks 06:29, 4 April 2006 (PDT)
Ok, fine!
Actually yours was probably an honest mistake. He grew up in a Scottish (father)/Peruvian (mother) household so there's probably a blend of the two although the Scottish definitely predominates.--Tricksterson 12:49, 4 April 2006 (PDT)
Empty Pages
- Why are you creating completely empty articles? Even when making stub, some content is desirable. You put it there for a reason, so it is your responsibility. At least you can add a sentence of what this is, and where you got it from, rather than creating completely empty articles. It doesn't have to be much, but don't put absolutely nothing. You can do better than that! For example you can also very easily add a See also section with links to other related articles. Thanks!
- Nothing more than personal preference. I was in the middle of looking up information to at least get a sentence on the page and you leaped in before I even had chance to add to it. - Cappsy 13:05, 5 June 2006 (PDT)
- Why are you blanking out your talk page?
- Oh, great, add another thing to list that I'm doing wrong. Anything else? I blanked it out because the discussion was over and leaving it on seemed pointless. - Cappsy 13:05, 5 June 2006 (PDT)
