This is my collection of quotes from some of the Lost comic scenes:
Hurley: So, I was just looking inside the fuselage... It's pretty grim in there. You think we should do something about the, uh... [stopping and looking at Walt] b-o-d-y-s?
Michael: What are you spelling, man? "Bodies"?
Walt: B-o-d-i-e-s. ("Pilot, Part 1")
Hurley: You sure he's out?
Jack: He's out.
Hurley: How do you know he won't wake up when you yank that thing out?
Jack: I don't.
Hurley: Hey, guy, are you awake? Yo, there's a rescue plane! We're saved! Yaaay! [Marshal Mars doesn't react at all.] Yeah, he's out. ("Pilot, Part 2")
[Jack and Sawyer are arguing. Jack is ready to hit Sawyer.]
Jack: Get up.
Sawyer: Why, you want to see who's taller? ("Confidence Man")
[Sayid starts with the bamboo under the fingernails.]
Sawyer: That's it? That's all you got? Splinters? No wonder we kicked your ass in the Gulf. . . [He screams].
Jack: Sayid. Sayid!
Sawyer: No. Don't stop now. I think my sinuses are clearing. ("Confidence Man")
[Hurley stares at Jack]
Jack: What?
Hurley: You got some Arnzt on you. ("Exodus, Part 2")
Ana-Lucia: Shut up. When I tell you to do something, you do it -- I say move, you move -- I say stop, you stop. I say jump, what do you say?

Kate: Couldn't find any rocks. ("The Hunting Party")
Jack: John, the combination.
Locke: I'm going to go ahead and assume that you're asking me because you're worried that I might fall off a cliff or something -- that it would be irresponsible for just one of us to have access to this room -- rather than this being an issue of trust.
Jack: Well, there are a lot of cliffs on this island, John. ("The Long Con")
Sayid: Do Jack and Locke know about this?
Ana-Lucia: Jack and Locke are a little too busy worrying about Locke and Jack. ("The Whole Truth")
[playing poker on The Island]
Jack: 10 mangos.
Sawyer: Okay, I'll call you with the aspirin and raise you with a bottle of Amoxicilin.

Juliet: [trying to make Jack talk about his life, although she knows a lot about him] What do you do, Jack? What's your profession?
Jack: I’m a repo man.

Juliet: The drugs we gave you when we brought you here have a fairly serious side effect... dehydration. Your head is probably sore. Your throat is raw, and if you don't eat or drink something soon, you're going to start hallucinating.
Jack: So you're a doctor, huh?
Juliet: No. I'm a repo woman. ("A Tale of Two Cities")
Charlie: Hairspray? Now, I hate to be the one to point this out to you...
Locke: [smiling] It's not for me. ("Further Instructions")
Jack: No, I think you misunderstood me. I didn't say I was gonna do it. I just wanted you to understand how you're gonna die. ("I Do")
Ben: Well, Jack. I'm very disappointed in your decision.
Jack: Well, Ben. At least you won't have to be disappointed for very long. ("I Do")
Kate: Jack, are you there?
Jack: Yeah, yeah, I'm here.
Kate: Are you okay?
Jack: I'm fine.
Sawyer: Tell him I said “hi”… Get to the point! ("Not in Portland")
Sawyer: This a hobby of yours, underdog, digging holes?
Alex: Yep, that and basket weaving. Want one? ("Not in Portland")
Sawyer: I'm sorry.
Jin: I'm sorry.
Sawyer: Okay, nice. Keep it coming.
Jin: You were right.
Sawyer: Okay. That's two. Hit me.
Jin: Those pants don't make you look fat.

Locke: The Man from Tallahassee? What is that some kind of code?
Ben: No John, unfortunately we don't have a code for "there is a man in my closet holding a gun to my daughter's head". Although we obviously should. ("The Man from Tallahassee")
Ben: So tell me John. How do you expect to pilot our submarine? I mean, it's a complicated piece of machinery. You don't just press “submerge”. ("The Man from Tallahassee")
Hurley: That's evidence. You're messing up the crime scene.
Sawyer: Crime scene? There a forensics hatch I don't know about? ("Exposé")
Sayid: Who are you?
Juliet: If I told you who I was. If I told you everything that I know, you'd kill me.
Sayid: What you think I'll do if you don't. ("One of Us")
[Hurley cooks oatmeal with Charlie, who is caring for Aaron]
Charlie: Hey, wow, that's too much water, its going to be all soggy.
Hurley: It's oatmeal dude, it's supposed to be soggy.
Sawyer: Well if it ain't three men and a baby...
[Hurley and Charlie are a little confused]
Sawyer: I counted Hugo twice.
[Hurley seems nervous]
Sawyer: Oh what, come on I used your name. ("One of Us")
[After Desmond has one of his flashes]
Desmond: Hey. Where's the wire?
Hurley: D'you eat those mushrooms Jack warned us about? ("Catch-22")
[Charlie picks up a hula doll]
Charlie: Look at this.
Jin: [Speaks Korean]
Charlie: It can't be Rousseau's, if it was Rousseau's a massive rock would be flying at my head right now. ("Catch-22")
Sawyer: [to Jack and Juliet] You two arguing over who's your favorite Other? ("Catch-22")
Sawyer: So you screwing Jack yet?
Juliet: No. You? ("Through the Looking Glass")
Carlton Cuse: We obviously are trying to have a satisfying ending; it's not gonna be ten seconds of blank tape...
