Un bel di vedremo
From Lostpedia
"Un bel di vedremo" is an Italian opera aria from Madama Butterfly (1904) by Giacomo Puccini. In "The Other Woman" it's played in Ben's house when Ben had Juliet over for dinner. Ben knew that Juliet was partial to opera music.
The aria relates to the scene; Juliet is wishing and waiting for Goodwin to come back from his mission on the beach with the survivors of the tail section of Oceanic Flight 815, while Ben insinuates that Goodwin is becoming involved with another woman (Ana Lucia Cortez). This parallels the aria and its context in Madama Butterfly in which the main character, Cio-Cio-San, sings about how she is awaiting her love, Pinkerton, who in fact has become involved with another woman.
