  • The black rock seen at The Line could also be the final resting place of Magnus Hanso, as mentioned in the blast door map.
  • The "line" Mr. Friendly referred to was rhetorical. There is no significance to the location; Jack took him too literally.
  • The line could be a border or be close to a border to a place that makes the Barracks viewable.
    • This would make Tom's warning to the castaways of going from misunderstanding the Others to 'something else' be true.
