the __FORCETOC__ in this template

yep, all it does is force a table of contents to be generated for a userpage (and a __NOTOC__ can't override it). if a userpage has less than four sections, normally mediawiki won't generate a table of contents for it (which makes sense, if you ask me) - this can be easily overridden with a __FORCETOC__ on the userpage itself. i'll add this info to the relevant metawiki pages. --kaini. 10:14, 17 August 2006 (PDT)
