Instructions

1. As this is an unofficial medal, anyone may use this template to give the award to others. However please do not abuse the award, thereby diluting its value.
2. Simply add

to the recipient's talk page. Ideally they should then move (not copy) the template to their user page.

For example reason could be: This medal has been awarded for this user's compilation of the favorite color of each of Lost's cast and crew.
