Season One
- Boone tries to phone someone on his cell phone, but it does not work. ("Pilot, Part 2")
Season Two
- Sabrina Carlyle calls Shannon to inform her that Adam Rutherford had been in a car accident. ("Abandoned")
Season Three
- Sarah speaks to someone over the phone several times, prompting anger from Jack. ("A Tale of Two Cities")
- Jack calls Sarah's contacts, and finds Christian's number is one of those listed. ("A Tale of Two Cities")
- Kate talks to Kevin Callis over the phone while shopping. ("I Do")
- While searching for a phone, Locke is thrown out a window by Anthony Cooper. ("The Man from Tallahassee")

- Jack calls Kate once on his cell phone and is unable to reach her. The second time, he arranges a meeting between them. ("Through the Looking Glass")

- Sayid uses a cell phone to update Ben on his work, before throwing the phone into a nearby trash receptacle. ("The Economist")
- Elsa uses a cell phone to contact her employer to tell them about Sayid. ("The Economist")
Desmond calls Penny ("The Constant")
- During his time-jumping, Desmond calls Penny several times in 1994, and once in 2004 from the freighter. ("The Constant")
- Sun calls the hospital when she goes into labor. ("Ji Yeon")
- Michael talks to Tom on a cell phone when he has second thoughts about killing the freighter crew. After Tom's convincing, Michael subsequently throws the phone into the water. ("Meet Kevin Johnson")
- Michael talks to Ben over the phone while on the freighter. ("Meet Kevin Johnson")
- Locke receives a call in the barracks, which is an automated voice repeating "Code 14J." This was presumably activated by the fence being turned off. ("The Shape of Things to Come")
- Sun recieves a call from Mrs. Paik before she meets Charles Widmore. ("There's No Place Like Home, Parts 2 & 3")
Trivia
- Jack's KRZR cell phone was one of the key clues that the flashes in "Through the Looking Glass" were flashforwards, because that model was released in late 2006.
