The events in the TLE timeline used to be the post-Island timeline. As far as I know, everything in TLE is considered canon and the material in the main timelines should not be removed. Its reasonable to put the TLE dates in their own timeline in that it makes the post-island timeline cleaner, but that is not the same thing as declaring that the events are outside canon.
