Change title to "Richard's items"

I've tried to organize this page in sections, including theories from the episode theories page. I noticed that everyone is referring to "Richard's objects" as "the items". I'm thinking that people will not find this page easily under this title; I propose that we change the name to "Richard's items" and create a listing for "the items" that redirects to this page.
