The bottle that Christian and Sawyer share in the bar looks very similar to the bottle we see Desmond drink in the hatch. Notice? DeGroot 20:02, 22 June 2007 (PDT)

That's because bottles of booze tend to all look similar to begin with. Take a look at the beer and wine aisles next time you're in the grocery store, or look at.. well, pretty much everything if you're at a liquor store. --Shodan1138 20:49, 22 June 2007 (PDT)
No, no I mean the insignia on the bottle, not the bottle itself. -- DeGroot 09:23, 23 June 2007 (PDT)

Sun and Jin

  • Corrected note, Sun/Jin do appear in this episode but without lines at the end of the episode in the background.

Locke's mommy

  • just noticed this while re watching the episode but that whole story Locke tells about the dog must be utter bullshit because his mother, his biological mother any way is a live and well when he is older.
people who are adopted don't say "the lady who adopted me" they call them their mother because they are, in effect, their mother even if not their biological mother. Hence he was, as we see in season 4, referring to his (adoptive) mother. Springfinger 22:45, 14 May 2008 (PDT)
The actual line is "And my mother, well, my foster mother, she blamed herself, of course..." He does just refer to her as his "mother" later on, chances are she was a long term foster mother. She also, obviously, his adoptive mother as he does use "foster" and he still has his biomom's last name. It's not surprising given what we see of Emily Locke to think that she probably never pulled herself together enough to sign the papers and all releasing him for adoption. For the record, I am around a lot of kids in foster care and a lot do call their foster parents' "mom" and "dad" especially if they've been in the same household for a number of years and have never been in much contact with their bio families. --Sarahwolf 23:09, 14 May 2008 (PDT)
