Kate and Kevin's marriage

Is Kate still legaly married to Kevin or not? If no, when did they divorce? If yes, why did she accept to marry Jack in "Something Nice Back Home"? I posted this here and not on the UQs because this is more debatable then unanswered.--O r h a n 9 4 10:07, 24 June 2008 (PDT)

Tough call. I think it's natural to assume that they are no longer legally married, and I think it's also natural for Kate to assume that as well (which is why she said "It didn't last long" when she was playing "I never" with Sawyer, and why she agreed to marry Jack), but since we don't actually know that Kevin went and got a divorce after she left him (he could have been pining away for her all this time), I think we should wait until there is some confirmation before changing the status. If they are still legally married, and Kate's trial was on TV (or at least news coverage that the trial was happening), wouldn't Kevin be entitled to half of her settlement money?
