After seeing her romantic relationship with Goodwin, and assuming she knows about his death, she might blame either Ben (explaining why she wanted Jack to kill him) or the losties (which means they're pretty much screwed). Unfortunately that doesn't really help decide whether she's loyal to Ben or not.
