Talk:Janelle Granger
From Lostpedia
She makes an interesting note about the whispering:
She says her legs were tired. She hears the whispers and it appears to rejuvenate her, giving her the ability to run back to the beach.
She might have seen the person who killed Steve... I mean Scott especially as she found his body.
She was the 3rd person to find out about the hatch by following Locke and knows the light came on in the window.
She feels like she is in an experiment.
Possibly has a harpoon gun inside her bag, at least something that she feels safer having around.
I would estimate that the dive bag contained a diving knife. A harpoon or spear gun would be used for spear fishing, which is pretty uncommon in traveling sport/recreation diving. Also [|Cold Steel]. is a brand of knife. --User:Sydtrolls
You want to add that to the article instead of discussion? --aurora glacialis 00:53, 15 March 2006 (PST)

Janelle's Fate
I'm thinking that "It is unclear at this time if she will be seen on the show itself, as her character was apparently either killed or taken by the Others" should be removed and replaced with: ""It is unclear at this time if she will be seen on the show itself, as her character hasn't been mentioned since the end of the first season"... or something along those lines. It is pretty clear that Janelle was not killed nor kidnapped. User:Tebor 03:36, 15 June 2006 (CST)
Slightly Amusing
I think some of the stuff which happened to her like , seeing the light come on, watching Hurleys first fishing attempt and finding scott (or steve?) first is just so convinant, so much that it is amusing. (You wonder why the producers don't like it...) -- Dee4leeds talk contribs all 11:00, 18 December 2006 (PST)

Deuterocanon
Whether or not you agree that Janelle herself is deuterocanon, the Lost Diary page is labeled as such. Since Janelle is mentioned only in the diary, Janelle herself has to logically be deuterocanon as well. David 12:30, 17 February 2007 (PST)
Canon
Whether or not the characters Janelle and Larry are deutrocanon is a strange subjects, as the both appear in the novel Secret Identity, which is considered canon.--Phil 11:00, 19 March 2007 (PDT)
