Talk:Galaga/Theories
From Lostpedia
I've included the theory about Gerald Gallagher and the Phoenix Islands because of their location and his reported finding of the remains of Amelia Earhart there, which is similar enough to the finding of Adam and eve for it to be an easter egg reference. If it isn't then galaga would be more likely really something like 'Kali-ma' to be more Dharma like. Backdooruk 18:06, 19 February 2007 (PST)
The video game Galaga is from 1981. The submarine may predate this. While the video game may have provided the impetus for the name, the sub may actually be the Gallega (the original name of Columbus' flagship Santa Maria), to make it fit the dates. dead jawa 01:10, 13 July 2007 (PDT)
Real estate error?
Are we supposed to believe that Locke could walk to the docks where the submarine is tied up without passing through the sonic barrier? The available maps and the wide shot ("A Tale of Two Cities") would seem to indicate otherwise. Production error?--Jim in Georgia Talk Contribs 20:08, 12 June 2008 (PDT)
