Somone delete this.. --Phmall 17:58, 26 August 2006 (PDT)

  • Keep: If we delete it, it will just pop back up. I am going to ask for the page to be protected.--CaptainInsano 18:00, 26 August 2006 (PDT)
    • makes sense I guess, but I think thats what they did the first time. before it was deleted. --Phmall 18:03, 26 August 2006 (PDT)
I don't know why, but the protection was lifted for some odd reason. I don't know if you were present the first day a fan-site posted this ititle, but we deleted it ten times before it was protected.--CaptainInsano 18:05, 26 August 2006 (PDT)
Wasn't it started by a "secretagentman" in some forum? --Phmall 18:13, 26 August 2006 (PDT)
Yes.--CaptainInsano 18:14, 26 August 2006 (PDT)

Delete: I made this page and it got deleted, so why should this one be allowed? -- SilvaStorm

That was before we had knowledge that you couldn't kill this d--- page. Now we are just protecting so we wouldn't have to keep on deleting it over and over. Does that answer your question?--CaptainInsano 16:51, 28 August 2006 (PDT)

This is the information posted on 8/11. Please provide an official source for this and then we can move it back to the main page or correct it. --Jajasoon 04:32, 11 August 2006 (PDT)

Actually, I disagree. IMDB doesn't necessarily vet all information. They rely on user contributions, and don't cite sources for their info. Let's wait until there are official announcements, not just fan circulation. --Jajasoon 05:08, 12 August 2006 (PDT)
Okay, how about this: SpoilerFix, or the place where they got this information: secretagentman@TWOP --SilvaStorm
Or these: The TailSection ; LostSeason3 ...Come on, man, it's pretty widespread now. I think it's safe to assume that this is the second episode. --SilvaStorm
I'm not saying that this is not correct. But look at LostPedia:Theory policy - the source for this info is a spoiler circulator, albeit a reliable one. I say post info about this episode on the Lost Season 3/prespoilers page until there is confirmation by producers, the network, or the mainstream press (e.g. TV Guide). Note also that there are other spoilers out there that say that episode 3.2 is a Jack flashback - we can't be in the business of guessing what's a reliable spoiler, especially in creating episode portals & pages. (And definitely wait to create Mike & Jan pages until we have last names - it's just a Move waiting to happen otherwise) --Jajasoon 21:19, 12 August 2006 (PDT)
Well, sure. By the way, can only SySops lock pages? --SilvaStorm
Yes, or someone would have unlocked this page already.--CaptainInsano

Is this source good enough: Further Instructions (Lost) @ Wikipedia --SilvaStorm

Alas, there's nothing official about Wikipedia. And there's nothing I'd like more, given the conversation about LostPedia on Wikipedia's Lost page, for us to refrain from publishing bad info that they include! Again, I'm not saying that this info is incorrect, just unsubstantiated. --Jajasoon 04:59, 16 August 2006 (PDT)

I've drafted a proposed policy statement to cover such debates. Please weigh in at LostPedia talk:Theory policy. --Jajasoon 12:59, 16 August 2006 (PDT)

Here's another good source: TV.com --SilvaStorm

Further Instructions is the second episode of Lost's third season. It's flashbacks will concern the character of Claire.

Characters to appear in her past include Mike and Jan, a hippie-ish couple in their 50's. They are warm and kind, but also tough and protective when the situation calls for it.
