Talk:Fish biscuit
From Lostpedia
Screw Apollo bars! I want a fish biscuit!
There's also a Korean varient , wonder if Jin ever saw one if he'd remark on it.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by The GREG Initiative (talk • contribs) .
Theories
I like the theory about boosting intelligence. Think it'll make Sawyer any smarter? --Doc 11:20, 9 October 2006 (PDT)
Wow, actually the one about the Red Herring is the best theory I've seen in a while. --PandoraX 15:47, 11 October 2006 (PDT)
Merge
No Merge: The proposed merge doesn't make any sense. The items listed on the Item portal all have their own pages anyways. This article could be listed there, that would be appropriate. --Doc 07:46, 23 April 2007 (PDT)
- Hold on that, it already has a listing on that portal (missed it on my first look through). --Doc 07:48, 23 April 2007 (PDT)
Possible cultural reference
Just watched the 2001 movie Bubbleboy with Jake Gyllenhaal. Early in the movie we see his nutty mother making a series of Christian cookies in the shape of crosses and notably, some in the shape of fish. The fish cookie looks exactly the same as our fish biscuit, only it has the word JESUS rather than DHARMA. Probably just a coincidence, but I made the connection immediately and it made me grin. Thought I'd mention it. The film also has strong religious themes (albeit highly satirical and borderline racist).--TechNic|talk|conts 18:52, 6 May 2007 (PDT)
