Exodus

  • I removed the Exodus reference, as this was not at the lanai lookout; it was at China Walls near Portlock. It's relatively close, but an entirely different location on the opposite side of hanauma bay, and all the way around the corner almost to hawaii kai. -- C¯ _Santa_ ¯T02:36, 3 September 2006 (PDT)
    • NOTE: if you want to restore the Exodus reference, that's ok by me too; just because the filming location is different, it nonetheless may have been intended to depict the same area of the island near the Cove, in which case you can expand the article to note that these scenes (from 1x23 and 1x24) were at China Walls. -- C¯ _Santa_ ¯T02:38, 3 September 2006 (PDT)
  • Santa--Don't worry, I have no problem with it being excluded... I saw that they were different locations and was wondering the same (whether or not they were using different/close areas of Hanauma to depict the same island location)... but I don't think this is necessarily the case either and I agree with you (I just couldn't recall how close the China Walls were to the LL). Thanks for your input on location shooting. --PandoraX 04:23, 3 September 2006 (PDT)

supposedly killed kelvin

  • I reverted marik's edit, which added "(supposedly)" in parentheses in the sentence about Desmond killing Kelvin. In Lost, IMHO "supposedly" is almost a weasel term for any fan theory, even ones that are as absurd as themisfitishere's. Theories belong in character or individual theory articles, not in locations. Otherwise you could go through the entirety of Lostpedia and add "(Supposedly)" for nearly every death (maybe the island will bring Shannon & Boone back to life as zombies) or nearly every anecdote and story (maybe Danielle's Robert really isn't dead) on the island or in flashbacks. The Cove is a location article, and should give the straight-shooting story, and not cater to every conceivable theory of any degree of believability regarding every Lost-related noun mentioned in the article. If I'm missing something like a major well-received theory such that the current Cove article seems to totally distort the Lost storyline, then I am willing to listen.-- C¯ _Santa_ ¯T19:49, 17 September 2006 (PDT)
