Charlie's tarp

• Agree. It's not the balloon. It's from the pallet drop.

Jin even picks it up while the ballon was up in the trees. And when Hurley gets back to this location (and find the forgotten DHARMA fish crackers or something) the parachute is not there. Which means it was brought back to camp with the rest of the food.
