Another good point. There's also a couple more constellations associated with apollo, and not just the six mentioned.--skks 16:02, 8 March 2006 (PST)

Up for removal?

The content on this page should be merged with Stations. Besides, the title isn't very informative :-p --Jambalaya 11:59, 16 March 2006 (PST)

I set up this article, because everybody seemed to think there are 6 stations. There is no proof for that. Some pages link to "6" already. Also this page explains in detail, how the "6 Stations" came up. Merging and redirecting would be ok, but then the explanation would have to go on the Stations page, too. --aurora glacialis 12:55, 16 March 2006 (PST)

Yeah, that's what I meant :-) --Jambalaya 13:21, 16 March 2006 (PST)

Ok, I copied some info from this article to Stations. I guess this one is ready for deletion or merging as the theory around the number "6" is thoroughly covered in Stations :-) --Jambalaya 08:26, 25 March 2006 (PST)

Delete

Speedy delete - the article was previously removed from Lostpedia. Any number can be analysed, there is a lack of relevance --Nickb123 (Talk) 13:00, 20 November 2006 (PST)

  • Delete - Agree -- Liz

There's a lot more cases of 6 than there are to 5, 325, or 7418880. Inconsistent application, biting the newbie. And it seems based on the talk page that the previous article only mentioned the relevance to 6 stations. The current article digs up more than that. - GoodRom 13:26, 20 November 2006 (PST)

This edit is to prevent the page title 6 from appearing on orphaned pages. --   Jabberwock    talk    contribs    email   - 11:42, 28 November 2006 (PST)

There was no good reason to delete this, except that I'm a noob and my ideas are therefore clearly stupid compared to others'. Which is hardly a good reason. - GoodRom 10:18, 4 December 2006 (PST)
It was because 6 has no place here. We could easily make page on every number, including 7, and 9, and so on. --Marik7772003 10:20, 4 December 2006 (PST)

Does this page need to return?

The number 6 is being used a lot since the promotion of Season 4; it obviously has some special meaning for the series (some of which are documented in the Spoilers section). I would include it again at least mentioning that it appears in trailers, posters, etc. --Ltsiros 05:59, 25 January 2008 (PST)

The meaning of 6 in Season 4 will most likely it's own article, perhaps this could be a redirect when it is needed.--Baker1000 06:02, 25 January 2008 (PST)
Well, it may even be the case that we don't fully understand its meaning even after the end of the chopped down Season 4. I for me would create the page now and update it as we know more stuff...--Ltsiros 10:05, 25 January 2008 (PST)
The page can return when there's something worth saying. Right now, there's really not. If 6 does indeed have significance, then unlock the page. Right now, why bother? --Gluphokquen Gunih 10:20, 25 January 2008 (PST)
If something happens of significance this article may be unlocked. I do not think it should be unlocked based only on the occurrence of the number 6 in a promo.    Jabberwock    talk    contribs    email   - 11:33, 28 January 2008 (PST)

This page should be removed. There is no justification for having a page on a number. Given that ABC is widely reported put up a billboard "who are the oceanic six" in Florida, the meaning of the number is as public as the trailers this page was recreated based on. Create or rename to oceanic six and get rid of this thing. Dharmatel4 12:42, 30 January 2008 (PST)

  • My mistake, I neglected to notice the discussion above already discussing the significance (or its lack) based solely on the appearance in the promo. Salting again. -- C¯ _Santa_ ¯T 13:18, 30 January 2008 (PST)
