  • Sullivan's rash is possibly "The Sickness" or the same rash Aaron had.
    • The latter is unlikely, (if Aaron's rash is not "the sickness"), because Jack diagnosed it as a typical infant rash.
    • Jack firmly states that he's likely just a hypochondriac.
      • Jack mentioned that Sullivan's rash could be caused by heat and stress. It very well may be nothing more than that.
  • He stayed with Jack during the separation of survivors, because he is a hypochonder, so he feel scot-free near the only doctor on the Island.
