"Six Foot Five" is the name given to one of the minor bank robbers seen during Kate's flashbacks in "Whatever the Case May Be." He threatened Kate along with other hostages. He was attacked by one of the hostages and had his gun knocked away from him.
He was shot by Kate but most likely survived due to Kate not aiming for kill shots, and was possibly the robber who told Jason "I told you not to trust her!".
