Role in DHARMA

• Knew or worked with Radzinsky or Kelvin.
• Roger was part of a maintenance crew attached to the Swan.
  • He was responsible for restocking the Swan with DHARMA food.
• He participated in the construction of the Swan and some other stations, as from the "Work man" occupation and a Work man is in construction work, not just cleaning like Roger said.

Roger is not Ben's real father.

• This would explain his extreme hostility toward Ben.
• Perhaps Jacob or Anthony Cooper is Ben's real father and Locke is his brother or half-brother.
