• He is still alive on the island.
  • He also thinks that Danielle is dead and he lives alone.
  • He is one of the Others.
• He is the father of Alex, Danielle's daughter.
  • Seeing as he was Danielle's "love", and she became pregnant prior to the expedition this is plausible.
• Obviously had a confrontation with Danielle before she shot him. This suggests the two had each other at gunpoint. If so, this also gives some clue as to the symptoms of the Sickness. It does not kill the victim; it changes them into someone violent and dangerous. Hence, Robert had become a dangerous person forcing Rousseau's hand in his death.
  • This might be because Robert understands that Danielle will kill him because he is sick, and does not want to die, so pulls the pinless gun on her.
• (TLE) He suffered from the virus mentioned in the Sri Lanka Video of The Lost Experience.
• He is Ben.<----unlikely since we've seen the two of the interact on the show without showing any interest.
  • Some would disagree as there is definitely a look they give each other every time they are in contact. This could be just because Ben stole Alex, or something not yet mentioned.
