  • Regina is Naomi's lover. That is why Miles wanted to talk to Minkowski. He was informing the boat of Naomi's death but didn't want Regina to find out over the phone.
    • Supported by the "R.G." engraving on Naomi's bracelet.
    • This is the reason she committed suicide; she could not live without Naomi.
      • She killed herself because of the "cabin fever" the ship's crew are experiencing.
