Rachel is Tom Brennan's wife and the mother of their child Connor. She is assumed to have the same surname as her husband, Brennan.
Rachel was mentioned in "Born to Run", but was only seen in a picture on the Brennan's refrigerator. Kate comments when looking at the photos that his child is "beautiful". Tom replies "that's from Rachel". He also says "she's over in Cedar Rapids visiting her folks".
