Mittelos Bioscience

Mittelos Bioscience is a front for Mittelwerk. He was aggressively recruiting at least 4 years before the Oceanic crash.
- After Mittelwerk overthrows Hanso, he sends in a second group of scientists, Mittelos Bioscience/the Others, in order to displace DHARMA (the purge) and use the island for his own purposes.
The case of the 26-year-old woman having an aged womb is connected to the strange powers of the island, probably to the anomalous passing of time and the aging process on the island.
Mittelos is a front for Dharma recruiters.

Edmund

His new romance Sherry is a spy like the one Sayid later engages in Berlin. She is placed in the social environment of Juliette's Ex-husband to make him spy on Juliette's work. When Richard Alpert notices that the other side is close to catch Juliette away from them he has to improvise: He makes Ryan drive a bus that kills Edmund Burke and simoultaneously makes Juliette feel guilty because of a similar utterance of her. This way they succeed in making Juliette agree to get to the island. Ironicly Ryan is later killed in the same way by Hurley.
