Marcus is a patient of the Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute. He was unseen in the episode but mentioned by Dave ("Dave"). He didn't finish his lasagna; as Dave and Hurley were sneaking past his room on their escape, Dave encouraged Hurley to take the lasagna.
