Lothar Hinze is the voice actor who dubs the part of John Locke in the German language broadcasts of Lost during the first two seasons of lost and the up until "Stranger in a Strange Land." Following the death of his son Matthias Hinze (also a voice actor for Tom Brennan), Lothar Hinze was replaced as the German voice of John Locke by Ernst Meincke beginning with "Tricia Tanaka Is Dead."
