Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the airport to which Flight 815 was flying from Sydney, but never reached due to its loss of communication and subsequent crash on the Island.
Flashbacks
- "Two for the Road": Ana Lucia, after working for the Los Angeles Police Department becomes a security guard at LAX, where she meets Christian Shephard. They have a drink at the airport bar, when Christian invites her to be his bodyguard in Australia.
Flashforwards
- "Through the Looking Glass"; In the flashforward, Jack arranged to meet Kate near LAX, stating "you know where"; they meet just beyond the gates outside the end of the runway.
- "There's No Place Like Home, Parts 2 & 3"; A continuation of when Jack met with Kate in "Through the Looking Glass" outside the end of the runway.
