As she is the only main Hanso character not to have her face shown we can guess that we will recognize her from somewhere in the show or game.
Liddy Wales is the same person as Libby.
- Libby could have been sent to Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute after going insane from information she received while working for the Hanso Foundation.
Liddy Wales is Rachel Blake/Persephone's mother, as possibly evidenced by one of Persephone's hacks, hiding a secret message: "SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE FOUNDATION"
- This could also be supported by Rachel's motives for bringing down The Hanso Foundation, since she stated that she is motivated by her mother's death, possibly implying that her mother worked for THF.
