Kate's map is a hand-drawn map made by Kate for Jin and Sun so that they could find their way to the barracks to join up with Locke's group. Kate says "Once you hit the stream you want to head northwest. Pretty much in a straight line for about a day and a half." ("Ji Yeon")

Locations

The barracks are said by Kate to be a day and a half from the beach camp. The estimate given may be based on Sun's condition (pregnancy) rather than the normal travel time. The show has not been consistant in showing travel time to the Barracks.
