Identity

  • Julian is Mrs. Arlen's son. Carlson sounds very similar to Arlen. Both children are the same age. Considering how common connections are between characters on the show this could be likely.
    • This just seems to farfetched. Also the timelines don't match up. We know from through the looking glass that it was 2007 so Julian would be around about 5 years old. We know that Mrs Arlens son is 8. Therefore the ages don't match up.

Father

  • The sperm donor could be a Lostie, or an Other.
    • Or Jacob could've impregnated her to convince Juliet.
