A glass eye was one of three items found in the Arrow station by the Tailies. It was discovered inside a box during "The Other 48 Days", along with a Bible and a radio transmitter.
The only person on the island who is known to have lost an eye is Mikhail Bakunin. However, in "Through the Looking Glass" it was revealed that Mikhail's right eye is completely scarred over, which presumably precludes him from having use for a glass eye, unless he originally wore it but his eye socket was further damaged to make the wearing of the eye impossible.
Mr. Paik also appears to wear a glass eye.
