Dr. Rob Hamill is a character in the Season 3 episode "Through the Looking Glass." He is portrayed by James Lesure.

He is the new chief of surgery at St. Sebastian Hospital, presumably appointed after Christian Shephard was dismissed from the position. In the future, after Jack saves a woman from a car accident, Dr. Hamill refuses Jack's request to perform surgery on her. While he is familiar with (and impressed by) Jack's accomplishments, he is also visibly concerned by Jack's increasingly depressed and unstable condition. He confronts Jack with the fact that the accident occured when the driver was distracted by the sight of Jack about to commit suicide on a bridge. ("Through the Looking Glass")
