Diego Reyes is Hurley's brother. His wife, Lisa, left him for a waitress soon after Hurley won the lottery.

At the press conference, Hurley introduced his brother and sister-in-law. Diego exclaimed, "Whoo! We're rich!", to which Hurley responded, "Nice, dude. Ignore him. He's an idiot."
