No, it's a category for fans from the USA. Suggesting that Canadians and Brazilians should proudly announce their allegiance to the United States might be a little offensive to them. It's probably best to let Brazilians brag about Brazil, Canadians brag about Canadia ;P, and Americans brag about the U.S. It's really just a userpage tag anyway, doesn't do any harm. -BearDog 13:48, 5 February 2007 (PST)

This category exists to show the difference between America and the United States of America. Several users were offended by the category referring just to citizens of the United States so it was broken up into subcategories.
