Caldwell was Mr. Eko's license forger and delivered him a false Australian passport with the name of "Oduduwa Ulu". He was seen in Eko's church and was apparently meeting him over some business (suggesting to Eko that he had a 'connection' in L.A. if he needed to have something to do after getting away), before interrupted by Eko's monsignor. Eko told the monsignor that Caldwell was helping him plan his trip but was told by the monsignor that the trip would have to wait.
