See the Lostpedia theory policy for more details.

  • Brennan was part of Rousseau's team.
  • Brennan had taken the keys, locking Rousseau out of something (a gun locker or a hatch where she could hide) before he died.
  • Perhaps the key that he took was a fail-safe key.
  • Brennan could be an Other who stole Rousseau's key to something important and then went on to try to kill her by locking her in, or out of, the radio tower where she recorded the message.
  • Brennan could be Marvin Candle like the Candle website suggested, though the only evidence that could support this notion is that the actor who plays Candle speaks fluent French (suggesting he might have been cast with the motive of his importance to the Rousseau story arc).
  • Could be related to Tom Brennan, perhaps his father
  • He is Danielle's brother.
  • Perhaps he took the keys to their boat.
  • Perhaps was actually Brandon, maybe the same brandon on the Freighter.
