- The docket number of Kate's trial was 42231615, the last four Numbers in reverse. ("Eggtown")
- Desmond awakes in Daniel Faraday's Oxford laboratory and says he was in the future for 5 minutes. Daniel says Desmond was catatonic 75 minutes. The ratio of 5 to 75 is 15.
- Ben tells Locke the safe combination: 36 15 28.
- Hurley rolls a 15 while playing Risk.

- 08/15 and 08/16 are the respective dates of Widmore Twins birth's in Gary Troup's 'Bad Twin' (Bad Twin).
- Cliff began his search for Zander on April 15th (4/15) (Bad Twin).

- In the Damon Lindelof-written comic book Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk, the Hulk is said to have killed 815 people in a New York rampage.
- The number of basic human emotions [according to ] UC Berkley cognitive scientist [Richard S. Lazarus]. Lazarus studied emotional states specifically related to [stress, adaptation and coping strategies].
- In Richard Adams' (author of Watership Down) book The Plague Dogs, Snitter was labeled with the number 815 in the Animal Research (Experiments on animals).
